Sarangani House

1/10
Sarangani House
2009
Taking up a relatively small footprint in an expansive lawn, Sarangani house cleverly embraces the site by consciously limiting its visual bulk. This attention to proportion translates likewise to the way the spaces in the house are designed.

A tall gallery, wide living spaces, interplay of built and open spaces all echo the house’s generous scale. Stark white fins frame the main volume of the house, while a grand colonnade of slender columns spill outward to a wide lawn. These deliberate attempts of the Sarangani house to merge indoor/outdoor living embody a true urban home.
