Caliraya House

Designed for clarity, the spaces of the house are arranged into two distinct blocks – one public and the other private. The double-height public living space with its generous glazing allows the simultaneous appreciation of both interior and exterior space. 

Contrasting this expansiveness is the private wing which is wrapped in warm oak veneered walls. Anchored by an imposing concrete spine and crowned with a butterfly roof – The Caliraya house strives to both ground itself and soar outward.
