The Ritz Towers

The Ritz Towers along Ayala Avenue is a  high-end development with an octagonal floor plan.  The renovation attempts to strip the unit down to its essentials while at the same time making furniture as superfluous as possible.  The practical utility of cabinetwork and built-in or hidden furniture was maximized to reduce clutter and make life as simple as possible.
